Salty Native Lime Gin

Salty Native Lime is a modern Australian gin shaped by citrus, coast and craft.

Bright desert limes and Tahitian lime peel lead the nose with a clean, fragrant lift, layered with a whisper of Geraldton wax and fresh lemon myrtle. Underneath, a carefully balanced structure of angelica and orris root adds depth and softness, while native cinnamon myrtle brings gentle warmth and length through the finish.

A subtle addition of Murray River pink salt gives the gin its signature coastal character — not salty, but mineral and mouth-watering — lifting the citrus and rounding the palate. Distilled slowly in a copper pot still with vapour infusion, Salty Native Lime is textured, expressive and quietly complex.
