Mediterranean Gin

Mediterranean Gin is our interpretation of sun-warmed citrus, wild herbs, and coastal air — distilled slowly and deliberately to capture the clarity and generosity of southern landscapes.

Built on a classic juniper foundation and shaped through a selective maceration and vapour infusion process, this gin layers bright citrus with savoury herb and gentle spice. Juniper and coriander form the backbone, supported by soft roots of angelica and orris that give length and texture to the palate. Warm notes of cassia and cardamom bring quiet sweetness and depth, while fennel and pink pepper add lift and floral warmth.

The aromatic character is completed through vapour infusion of fresh herbs and citrus: rosemary, bay, lemon and orange peel, lemon myrtle and olive leaf. This method preserves delicate top notes while avoiding bitterness, allowing the gin to remain clean, expressive and finely balanced.

The result is a gin that opens bright and citrus-forward, moves into a savoury, herbal mid-palate, and finishes long and softly spiced — fresh yet grounded, complex yet highly drinkable.

Designed to shine in a classic G&T with a slice of orange or rosemary sprig, and equally at home in a martini or a simple lemon twist cocktail, Mediterranean Gin is a quiet homage to southern coasts, open hills, and slow craft.
