At Good Neighbour we’re for raising a hand to say g’day, always throwing the ball back over the fence and setting that extra place at the dinner table.
We were born with the backyard spirit, a passion for rolling up our sleeves and exercising a little ingenuity to get the job done.
-
It all began in the early 1940s when our ancestor, Lance Hill, handcrafted a revolutionary wind-powered, rotary clothesline from scraps in his own yard.
A simple solution to a seemingly mundane problem was the beginning of a suburban revolution that led to the icon now better known as the Hills Hoist.
-
A lifestyle rather than a clothes drying contraption, the Hills Hoist was made locally and spotted over many a back fence.
It captured the true good neighbour spirit. We've gone a step further, and bottled it.
